This project aims to make the public pause and second-guess their default opinion of gluten and the gluten-free diet. Each phrase is based on actual things that can happen when consuming gluten when diagnosed with Celiac Disease, but written in a way that gave that shock-value similar to the early 2000s tabloids that painted the gluten-free diet as a "celebrity fad", diminishing the disease.
